I made the first Boston sea rise map several years ago, but I never wrote a blog post about it. Well, here it is, at long last.
The first map showed 50′ of sea level rise, because at 215′ (the maximum estimated by the IPCC if all the ice caps melted), there was nothing left. With this map, I’ve zoomed out to show the hinterlands, which become several archipelagoes surrounding the bay that used to be the city of Boston.
